seminary

so i went to dc and checked out wesley theological seminary with my pastor from back home. it was cool, but i am not sure that it will be for me. i got to see brian kelley, sarah and busi whichw as great. went to a washington nationals game with my pastor, but they lost to the mets. oh, and i got to see bruno- it was one of the worst movies i have ever seen- don't waste your money. on the otherhand, i did enjoy mclean bible church's frontline service. good few days in dc.

beach

I love being and the beach with my extended family. Your cares and worries of life just seem to fade away and all you want to do is relax. Life feels so simple. Sure, we're staying in a really nice oceanfront house, eating really great food, an array of beverages, we have wireless internet, and more then we could possibly need, but life still feels so simple. The peaceful sounds of the waves on the beach while reading a book are great. Sleeping in and just spending time with my family. I love the beach!

it has been a good summer. i have been spending a lot of time at home. i have not stayed at home much since after my first year of college. i have been raising support for my chi alpha internship as well as helping my parents around the house and just relaxing.

this week i am at sandbridge beach with my dad's side of the family. it has been nice to sleep, relax, read and eat a lot of really good food.
